Eligibility. You must be 21+ (or your jurisdiction's legal gambling age) and able to enter a contract. Intended for US residents.

Educational purpose only. The Product is educational content about sports and sports-betting concepts. It is not betting, financial, or professional advice, and includes no tips, picks, or guarantees. See the Disclaimer.

License. On purchase you get a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license for your own use. No copying, reselling, redistributing, or sharing access.

Accounts. You're responsible for your login and activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms without refund.

Purchases. Prices in USD; payment via Stripe. We don't store full card details. Optional add-ons/upsells are governed by these Terms.

Your responsibility. All decisions, including whether to gamble, are your own. You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Gambling carries real financial risk; you may lose money.

No affiliation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sportsbook, league, team, or governing body (including FIFA) unless stated.

Disclaimers & liability. Provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELLABILLZ LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or gambling/financial losses; total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Governing law. Laws of the State of Wyoming; disputes resolved in Wyoming courts.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. Info you provide (name, email, billing via our processor), and automatic data (device/browser, IP, usage) via cookies and similar tech.

Advertising/analytics. We use tools such as the Meta Pixel and analytics to measure ads and improve the site; these may share limited/hashed event data (e.g., a purchase) with platforms.

How we use it. Deliver the Product and account access, process payments, prevent fraud, send transactional emails and (with consent where required) marketing, measure/optimize ads, and comply with law.

Sharing. With service providers (payment, email/hosting, analytics, advertising) under contract and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your rights. California (CCPA/CPRA): access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. EEA/UK (GDPR): access, correct, delete, restrict, port, object. Email support@kickoffplaybook.com to exercise rights.

Cookies. Used for functionality, analytics, and advertising; control via your browser. Children: not for anyone under 21.

Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee

The Product is a digital good delivered instantly, so all sales are final except under this guarantee. If you genuinely go through the material and don't find it valuable, we'll make it right. To request a refund, you must meet all of:

1. Email support@kickoffplaybook.com within 14 days of purchase, subject "Refund request." 2. Include a specific written explanation of what you went through and why it didn't help. 3. One refund per person/household, with no prior refunds.

Refunds may be declined if abuse is suspected (e.g., copying or downloading all materials then requesting a refund), if access was shared or resold, or if a chargeback was filed without contacting us first. Any order bump or upsell is non-refundable once accessed. Approved refunds issue to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
